The Aternum Clinic, led by Stephanie Harding, is a high-end aesthetics clinic offering advanced beauty treatments. Catering to an older, affluent demographic, Aternum Clinic is known for its premium offerings and outstanding customer care.

OBJECTIVE

Stephanie Harding commissioned Raid Media to create a selection of 11 ad and social platform videos focused on promoting the clinic’s key services. The aim was to craft relatable, high-quality content that would resonate with their older clientele while highlighting Aternum Clinic’s premium services.

CHALLENGES:

  • Appealing to an Older Demographic: Aternum’s primary audience consists of older individuals with higher disposable income. The content needed to be engaging, relatable, and sensitive to the concerns and aesthetics of this demographic.

  • Showcasing Premium Services: As Aternum charges a premium for their services, the videos needed to communicate the clinic's high level of expertise and the superior quality of their treatments.

  • Maintaining Trend-Relevant Content: Despite having an older clientele, Aternum Clinic wanted to stay relevant by utilizing trending content styles, particularly within the Instagram Reel community.
